So, I am all about the quick hot breakfast delight that is Oatmeal. I figure that since I am trying to be healthier that oatmeal is a terrific choice, right?! Well...as I happily prepare my breakfast at work in the breakroom and I start dumping on the brown sugar I began to wonder....hmmm...am I just cancelling out my health benefits? Well....probably a little but frankly I do not care...it is sooooo good. :)
